Aloha,

We grew up in Hawai’i and live and work in the Outer Lands of San Francisco called the Outer Sunset District.

This is the best place in the world to take care of a dog! This neighborhood has dog friendly Ocean Beach and Golden Gate National Park to explore.

Our dog Kiki is the inspiration behind our invention the ‘Ohana Bowl. We found that we needed a bowl big enough for her to drink or eat from when coming back from trips to the beach in the car.

We like simple design, and a lot of products looked kind of strange and hard to clean.

One day the ‘Ohana Bowl showed up to us as a classic dog dish with a screw top cap!

Without knowing how to do it we figured out how to patent, design and manufacture this awesome bowl!

It came to life in front of our eyes. And we call it the ‘Ohana Bowl as a thank you for all the people who have helped us along the way.

Poi Dog is a local term in Hawai’i for a mix breed dog. And our family is a great big mix of lots of people big and small! We are very grateful for everyone!

‘Ohana is a Hawaiian word for Family, and we are the Dog Family! We have all come together for the love of the dog.
